Thanks Simon, In that case I would imagine that it probably is displaying the RGB signal. The only thing that's not quite perfect now is that neither of my 16:9 TVs respond to the WSS aspect ratio data. I suspect this is because they are expecting the appropriate voltage on Scart pin 8 and that it's ignoring the embedded WSS data (PAL line 23) - assuming the latter works correctly for others. Consequently setting the TV to auto sizing mode means that it always displays 4:3 (which is wrong most of the time), meaning that I have to manually set the aspect ratio manually. Do you know if the MVP hardware is capable of signalling through an appropriate voltage on pin 8 (i.e. switched off, 16:9 or 4:3)? -- Mark Smith - Hampshire, UK http://www.chez-moi.org.uk/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Verizon Developer Community Take advantage of Verizon's best-in-class app development support A streamlined, 14 day to market process makes app distribution fast and easy Join now and get one step closer to millions of Verizon customers http://p.sf.net/sfu/verizon-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Mvpmc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mvpmc-users mvpmc wiki: http://mvpmc.wikispaces.com/
