Dan,  I  agree with what Lisa and Mark have told you but there are two points 
I'd like to clarify. 

First,  in case you don't know where to find the context filter,  open the 
"active by context"  view and hit the menu button.  You will see it there. 

Second,  I believe that you not only want custom views on Android,  but you 
want to sync view definitions between Windows and Android via the cloud.  This 
would be a logical,  interesting and popular next step but I don't think it's a 
part of any current plans.  If you propose it on UserVoice I  will vote for it.
