Sorry for the delay. I've redrafted it on the wiki. It's longer, but the
subheadings could all be moved to a Licensing_in_Detail subpage leaving
the main "FAQ entry" nice and terse.

I've given some cut&paste-able license text for each subheading, and
mentioned embedding as an alternative to wads of accompanying legalese
that we'd have to stash somewhere in git. Not everyone knows how to do
that though, so I've left the issue open.
Let me know if anything more needs clarifying. If not, I'll integrate it
into http://wiki.mypaint.info/Development later this week.
