Nusphere offers a full distribution of MySQL, Apache, Perl, and php for $79.
Included in the box are three O'Reilly quick guides and the MySQL manual in
a printed and bound format. The distribution provides a slick installation
on Windows, personally I've tried this and the Abriasoft distribution and I
think Nusphere is a much easier install. Besides that the manual in printed
form is probably worth the 79 bucks.
