No I did not do "make clean". I didn't knew that I had to in order
to update mysqlbug.
As I was each time configuring and building from a fresh tar, I
though that mysqlbug was updated after I do configure, make, make
install.

No I didn't. We are currently applying the last patches. I will let
you know if it corrects everything.

I tried 2.7 binary and there was no problem.
I'll let you know about the Solaris 2.8 patches.
