It should be {MySQL} only, might be the .rsp file got the wrong driver name. Any way, that shouldn't cause any problems in the driver behaviour as both of them are listening to the same driver DLL. You can correct it by removing the other one :) PS : Please, don't put everything in a single paragraph, as this is making hard to read.
