My news server, for the first time since months, due to a MySQL error, just collapsed two times in a row. My news server log reported this: On Thu, 31 Oct 2002 06:34:32 GMT, SHUTDOWN REASON: 2013: "Lost connection to MySQL server during query" On Thu, 31 Oct 2002 06:38:43 GMT, SHUTDOWN REASON: 2013: "Lost connection to MySQL server during query" I am going back to the .49 built. Sorry, but I cannot have this on my production server. This already happened one time before, with the .53 built, but then I gave it the benefit of the doubt. It seems to occur when a great number of queries takes place. Too bad. - Mark --------------------------------------------------------------------- Before posting, please check: http://www.mysql.com/manual.php (the manual) http://lists.mysql.com/ (the list archive) To request this thread, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Trouble unsubscribing?
