Yes. I can not connect remotely using ANY Microsoft Windows clients/tools EXCEPT "Mascon" -- which for some strange reason works just fine. Yet EVERY OTHER WINDOWS mySQL PROGRAM fails with the same error message (10061 Can't connect...)
