I would like to create a web page that will extract the data from mysql so it looks exactly like the form that the end user sees on their end.
Also a little bit off topic but I have a situation where it would be great to have the web page form and it's data sent to an email address. I already have a program that will send the data but not the form. Anyone know of any scripts that will do that?
