My guarantee states that I guarantee all artificial nails for 2 weeks against 
any cracking, lifting, breaking, or yellowing... if that happens within the 2 
weeks I fix it for free. If they are a regular client that can easily go 3 
weeks I extend it to then, but that is on a case by case basis. I will fix for 
free either between fills or at the fill. If they are trying to drag out their 
fills past 2 weeks but shouldn't be, I let them know I will charge them for 
repairs... so it would just be more cost effective to come in at 2 weeks if 
they are constantly breaking. But 2 weeks is my blanket guarantee....
