Angie,
The protein bond or any primer for that matter will make the eco (hah
not Echo!) harder to soak off. In any case it should not have taken
more than 10 minutes. I never use primer and I just removed Flamingo
with Diamonds and ehh-hem some other company's UV top coat - so I
had more than base, 2 color coats. It took about 10-11 minutes
