Thanks Lorraine, I am going to file more before soaking next time, no protein 
bond and maybe use a bigger cottonball for soaking.

Angie if you had trouble soaking off, it could be 2 things - the primer/protein 
bond, and you might have applied to thick. When I say I apply thin I mean I 
apply it THIN. I am doubtful that too MUCH prep would cause it not to soak off. 
Maybe Elaine can chime in on this also, I know she was away last week and was 
too busy to answer my IM's today.

The last set I had was compared to this maybe 3x's as thick, very noticeable
