Lorraine,
It really didn't soak off well. I used Echo remover and the cotton and foil,
let
sit for 10 min. By the time I got to the last finger it had soaked for at least
20 min. I had to file the last layer off. Do you think I used to much base? It
was a french and it really did stay on well. I did rough it up before soaking.
Do you think I roughed up the natural nail to much before I applied? I was real
frustrated and I have five more clients coming back with this on. One coat
of base, one coat of pink, white on tip and clear is the coats I did.

Thamks Michele! I really had a hard time getting Echo off the other day. I

Angie,
The protein bond or any primer for that matter will make the eco (hah not
Echo!)
harder to soak off. In any case it should not have taken more than 10 minutes.
I
never use primer and I just removed Flamingo with Diamonds and ehh-hem some
other company's UV top coat  - so I had more than base, 2 color coats. It took
about 10-11 minutes
