Maybe put a drop of everything you use on one of those "spot" band aids in a row on the inside of their arm...up near the crease in their elbow. They should be able to tell you in a few hours if there is any reaction.
I've done this a time or two and it helped us isolate what we needed to avoid. Allergies are funny---sometimes <poof> your allergy is triggered over night. Good luck!
