I had no problems getting such things from 3549 in Miami. I believe this is straightforward with 6453 too, so long as you are connected to a 6453 router which happens to be dual-stack. This is evidently becoming more common as their v6 deployment proceeds; if you're unlucky, as we were, getting a short, on-net tunnel as an interim measure seems painless.
