To chime in with other SC/Board members here, I agree that we are not at a point of consensus. I hope and believe that the proposed bylaws will be approved and, like Steve and Sylvie, I would vote against taking any actions that could not be undone. Moving forward I would like to see a simpler membership model in order to make it easier for our young organization to implement.
