Digital Realty is one of the largest data center companies in the world and
has been running data centers for decades. Integration always goes poorly.

You may have a cause of action against Hivelocity and you may be able to
get out of your contract - its a sellers market for datacenter these days.

As far as credit cards - taking credit card payments for data center
services is the relic of a bygone era. Most folks pay by invoice and
purchase order in this era.
