It would be good to have documentation ready for the 5.0 release, at
least all commands needs to be somewhat documented.

What I wanted to do before 5.0 is to integrate the ns_proxy
with ns_job (and junk the former). If there are any special
wishes (which we can slip into before the 5.0) please use
RFE section at SF.
