4(a) Mercury in other low pressure discharge lamps (per lamp): maximum 15 mg per lamp 4(f) Mercury in other discharge lamps for special purposes not specifically mentioned in this Annex I am not english native speaker so I don't know what "lamp" exactly means there as it is used for everything from electron tubes to bulbs.. But nixie tubes fulfil the criterias of "low presure discharge lamp".. that will certainly need a consultation with someone involved into that stuff..
