Smaller, older Soundcraft stuff may be of interest as they are quite
plentiful, reasonable price, repairable (not massive expense) and if you
get into 'mods' there is scope there too.
I have only really worked on a series 1 Neotek and I was disappointed in
build quality and performance, coming from 30 odd years working on
broadcast and various recording desks. Neotek are however pretty easy to
work on and can be improved quite easily.
