Before just soldering straight to the pc board solder on a molex connector so if you run into issues in the future you can just snap a new fader in. Three little wires to the molex connector same thing from the fader.

The glide ratio is much better and the faders are obviously much smoother. The caps are a little fatter which I like better. If you have the money it's a definate upgrade. I remember that swapping them out is a very simple 3 pin molex connector. Also having the board be modular in my mind is the first hill to go up with out being modular it's really really difficult. Either way what ever the time and money these boards are well worth it.
