Oh please ! Not every french person run Mandrake (I never installed
it myself).
To answer to the original question : my main developement box is running
FreeBSD 4.7, but to get optimal performances, you need to create a lot
of /dev/bpfN (see README.BPF in nessus-libraries).
If you don't want to recompile your kernel (needed for FreeBSD), I'd
suggest using RedHat.
