starting a scan

Hi,

I am new to nessus and have a simple question.  I successfully installed the 
latest version on my redhat 7.2 linux guest OS (VMWare) and installed 
NessusWX on XP box as the client.  I can connect to my server, but what I 
want to know is how do i start a scan?  I click on execute and nothing 
happens.  I don't see any opitions for 'start scan' or something like that.  
Where do i set my options for a scan?  On the redhat server to scan the 
client or the windows client to scan the server?  Thanks for all replies!
