First off, you need to start the process you're going to use.  May want to
ssh into the RedHat box and start the Nessus daemon (nessusd -D).  You can
do a ps -x (or whatever) to ensure the daemon has been started.

Then from your front end, you need to connect to the box you want to scan
from.  In your case, the RedHat box.  Login/passwd are needed but
remember, you need to be super user in order to use some of the full
features (nmap -O).
