Hi Hal and Wes,
Merry Christmas!
I had configured the system upon minimum
configuration(http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/FAQ:Compiling_04) ,this,
./configure --host=x86-linux --target=mips-linux
--with-cc=mips-linux-uclibc-gcc --with-ar=mips-linux-uclibc-ar
--with-endianness=big --disable-debugging --enable-mini-agent
--without-kmem-usage --disable-manuals --disable-scripts --with-cflags=-Os
--with-out-transports=TCP --disable-embedded-perl --disable-perl-cc-checks
--without-perl-modules --with-default-snmp-version="3"
--with-sys-contact="[EMAIL PROTECTED]" --prefix="/" --with-mibdirs="/snmb/mibs"
--sysconfdir="/snmp/etc" --with-sys-location="snmp"
--with-logfile="/var/log/snmpd.log" --with-persistent-directory="/snmp/var"
--without-openssl
--with-mibs="RFC1213-MIB:SNMPv2-MIB:SNMPv2-SMI:SNMPv2-TC:ENTITY-MIB:HOST-RESOURCES-MIB:IF-MIB:RFC-1215"
--with-transports=UDP --enable-mini-agent --disable-snmpv1 , is my
configuration .
I achieved a bit litter applications and libs:
libnetsnmp.so 379KB
libnetsnmpagent.so 95KB
libnetsnmphelpers.so 86KB
libnetsnmpmibs.so 56KB
snmpd 23KB
totally 639KB
I don't know whether any way can make them not overun 500KB ?
