They could always use the same encryption used by the data channel on the
A/V channel as both would require stream encryption. Or they could use the
data channel to transmit the session key for the a/v stream cipher if they
wanted to use a different algorithm.
Then there is the problem of the H.323 standard.
I know I wrote stuff before on this topic back when I was the only one who
seemed to care about the a/v channel being secure. Now I just need to find
it.
