U mean LAN i guess ?

But what's about catching UDP traffic going through Inet channels
after escaping a LAN ?
I think somebody should control a routers of hosts to copy UDP packets
with certain IP in/out addresses... But even after that how HE can
reconstruct a speech without info about certain Codec ?
