Based on protocol it is possible to block NetMeeting... We do it at the
firewall.

I am very new to Netmeeting, and having difficulty in using it
At the Momment, I cannot use Netmeeting nor MSN Messager. I heard that the
Gov is blocking it.
Is it possible for the Gov to block netmeeting?
If yes, is there any way to work around?
