Hi Roman, As a follow-up, I updated the spec to remove the XSLT. The IANA is supplied with the initial version of the module + instructions to maintain it. That’s what is authoritative.
The changes can be seen at: https://author-tools.ietf.org/iddiff?url2=draft-ietf-netmod-acl-extensions-17 This is consistent with the approach followed so far for defining for IANA modules, with the rare exceptions of RFC 9108 and Kent's python script in rfc9644#name-script-to-generate-iana-mai.
