I guess the "class of apps" is not really defined...  We just want
to make most apps, graphical or not, work with NWAM seamlessly if
possible.  And I guess most people will consider Firefox to be an
important app to work with NWAM.  Do you have a suggestion on this
issue if patching Firefox to use the GConf key may not be an option?
