With the latest version of Mandrake (actually on 5.2), there were no problems
with this. Kernel 2.0.36 and above supports Fat32 along with LILO and all the
rest of the bits and pieces. If all the drives are present during the
install, and you're not overclocking the PC too badly (i had severe problems
until i discovered that i was seriously overclocking my Cyrix CPU!!), all
should go according to plan using the normal install procedure.

That said i have had many occasions on earlier kernels where things didn't go
according to plan, but have always managed to get there in the end ;-)
