first you should setup the drive so linux can use it
fdisk /devhdb (this should be your secodn drive)
then make a new partition and make it a linux native.
then you can make a mount point ( IE: mkdir /mnt/driveb)
and then mount /dev/hdba /mnt/driveb
or this can be unde under KDE as root as well
