/sbin/mkbootdisk --device /dev/fd0 `uname -r`
You'll find it on your cd if it's not installed as
mkbootdisk-1.2-3mdk.i586.rpm

I am unaware of anyway to create the proper cd format under anything but
linux, and yes i've looked pretty hard. It needs rock ridge extensions
atleast anonymous RR. Get the official, or download the gpl iso and your
software should know what todo with it.
