No I have not tried the wallpaper tool.
It seems a bit strange that rox needs pygtk-1.99.13 and Mandrake supplies 
pygtk-0.6.9 according to the changelog 1.99.13 was released last August. I 
cannot believe Mandrake could be so far out of date. 
Have you tried with Mandrakes pygtk?
