The point is that you obviously had great difficulties. That's useful to someone to know if they are considering buying one. OTOH, if someone else manages it they can edit, adding the fix. The point of the page is to be as helpful as possible, and I think that bad as well as good is needed to do that. Don't you agree? Anne
