A lot of us are Trey. This machine got a fresh cooker install from my hard
drive cooker mirror last night just to test the installer.

The "how" depends on the source. If you have a local mirror as I do you can do
an hd.img install. Or you can do an ftp install directly from a mirror but
that will be a lot slower since connection speed would be the determining
factor.

Do you want a "fresh" install, or an upgrade?

Instructions are available for the various methods at the cooker (qa) TWiki
