I wouldn't have thought anyone could stop them marketing dealerships, 
but they should not be able to claim exclusive dealerships, since 
anyone can legally distribute.  At least, that's my reading.

Technically, wouldn't you have to strip out all of the Mandrake 
trademarks and copyrights to redistribute (without a deal, that is).  
That's the same thing that happened with people distributing Redhat, 
they were stopped because of the Redhat trademarks.  Besides, there is a 
difference between DISTRIBUTING (ie making CDs for friends, club, 
installfest, etc.) and SELLING copies.
