They did. What is happeneing now is that the old mirror structure is being symlinked to the new mirror structure, but the new mirror structure is not being picked up by the mirrors, so the symlinks point to nothing right now. The primary mirror is fine the problem here is the operators of all the public mirror sites, which Mandrake unfortunately does not control. -- /g
