Ok, this is what I was thinking:

/boot           500 MB
/               15 GB
/usr            25 GB
swap            400 MB
/home           35 GB
/misc           84 GB

That will give me enough room to rip a few dvd's and still have plenty
of room on my home partition :-). Does this look good?
