Yeah, gotta agree, it is faster on my laptop, they seem to have tweaked my hdd properly, and the power management has definately improved. I guess we can partially thank the kernel guys for some of that. And we should also thank the guys at KDE, if that is what you are running, who continue to make each version faster than the last. And if you're not using KDE, then you really must be smokin' something :-) John.
