If you have a high speed connection you can go to
http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/
to set up your urpmi sources
do a urpmi.removemedia -a
select your system base contrib updates and plf free and plf nonfree
also jpackage
follow the instructions  then cut and paste into a root window
