First of all, please lose the HTML. It's difficult to read
and a huge waste of bandwidth.

Second, is your ISDN T/A internal? If so, it should emulate
a com port. Which com is it on? If it's on COM 1, the Linux
equivalent is ttyS0, COM2 = ttyS1, etc.

Third, under the "K" menu is a group called "Internet."
There should be a "KPPP" menu item there. THAT is your
dial-up command. AFAIK, there is not a way, currently, to
set up Linux to auto-dial the way Windows does.
