[newbie] Install

To anyone who can help:

I just ordered the GPL version of Mandrake 7.0 on CD. I have no idea how to 
install the program, and I don't understand the installation procedures. CAN 
ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME INSTALL LINUX ON WINDOWS 98???
