Roman, I installed Real Player the old way using the real.bin file as root. I don't know if the install is different, but it installed the executable in /usr/local/RealPlayer7. I created the icon on the desktop the same way you did and pointed the Real.kdelnk to /usr/local/RealPlayer7/realplay and it worked for me. I hope that helps.
