Looking at my sheet from US West with all my account info, I don't see any primary computer name. There is a user name and password (which is a bunch of letters and numbers), DNS, POP etc. When I connect with my Mac OS Powerbook, I don't have to put a primary name anywhere. (Although there is DHCP Client ID, which is my user name.) So I'm not sure what to put.
