Mike....sure:
1. you can use the button with the square on it in the upper
right corner of the window (between the dot and the x) or the
maximize menu item in the taskbar entry (right click the
taskbar entry to get the menu) to toggle the window to full
screen mode.
2. you can drag the vertical lines that seperate the column
labels to the right or left to change the size of the columns
to your satisfaction.
