Having read the glowing reports about Acroreader I decided to have another
look at it. Of course It now works perfectly.
When Acroreader wasn't working perfectly it would display the first page OK
but new pages would display on top of previous pages resulting in a jumbled
mess. Eventually the program would die completely. Anyway, it works now.
Regarding RealPlayer, I did have version 7 working correctly under RedHat 6.
After 3 upgrades and a bit of hard disk pruning I have lost the original bin file
(it wasn't an rpm file). I might download RealPlayer 8, and see what it has to
offer.
