For Nature Reserve there is no accepted Feature on <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Map_Features> but a proposed feature on: <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Proposed_features> landuse = reserve So use this one and check sometime later if it will be accepted or if you have to change it.
