THE CHIEF OF MONTENEGRIN MISSION IN NEW YORK
OUR REPRESENTATIONS HAVE DIPLOMATIC STATUS
PODGORICA - The Chief of Montenegrin mission in New York Zelko Perovic
said that Montenegrin representations in the world were enjoying some
kind of "semi-official diplomatic status".
He underlined that no change has been noticed after Slobodan Milosevic
fall in Belgrade, because Yugoslav Embassy in the USA continued to
refuse having any working contact with Montenegrin Mission.
Today Yugoslav Ambassador in the UN is Mr. Dejan Sahovic, with whom I
have had good friendly relations always, but unfortunately I have with
him no working contacts - Perovic highlighted.
MONTENEGRIN RULING PARTY AGAINST BELGRADE PLATFORM
CONCESSIONS TO THE NATIONALISTS
PODGORICA - President of the Executive Board of ruling Montenegrin
Democratic party of socialists ( DPS ) Miodrag Vukovic assessed that the
latest platform prepared by the Montenegrin opposition and Belgrade
about relations between Montenegro and Serbia represents " a concession
to the nationalists and Yugoslav hard-liners".
He reminded that Serbian premier Zoran Djindjic had warned illegitimate
federal government in Belgrade that it could not have any authority over
Yugoslav economy, taking into account that only Serbia was paying for
bills of the federal state.
The time is coming when the Montenegrin and Serbian authorities will
talk how they can arrange relations between two independent states,
because everybody clearly knows that devastated Yugoslav state framework
is producing only crises - Vukovic underlined.

SEF CRNOGORSKE MISIJE U NJUJORKU
PREDSTAVNISTVA IMAJU DIPLOMATSKI STATUS
PODGORICA - Sef crnogorske misije u Njujorku Zeljko Perovic izjavio je
da crnogorska predstavnistva u svijetu uzivaju "polozvanicni tretman
diplomatskog statusa".
On je naglasio da se poslije odlaska Slobodana Milosevica sa vlasti
nista nije promijenilo u odnosu Ambasade SRJ prema crnogorskoj misiji,
tako da medju njima nema nikakvih radnih kontatkata.
Za ambasadora SRJ u UN je dosao covjek gradjanske orjentacije, Dejan
Sahovic, sa kojim sam i ranije imao dobre drugarske odnose, ali na
zalost sa njim i dalje nemam nikakve radne odnose - rekao je Pervic.
CRNOGORSKE VLADAJUCE PARTIJE PROTIV BEOGRADSKE PLATFORME
KONCESIJA UNITARISTIMA I NACIONALISTIMA
PODGORICA - Predsjednik Izversnog odbora vladajuce crnogorske
Demokratske partije socijalista ( DPS ) Miodrag Vukovic ocijenio je da
je najnovija platforma crnogorske opozicije i Beograda o odnosima Crne
Gore i Srbije "ustupak unitaristima i nacionalistima".
Vukovic je podsjetio da je Srbijanski premijer Zoran Djindjic vec
upozorio nelegalnu saveznu vladu u Beogradu da ne moze imati nikakve
nadleznosti u ekonomiji Jugoslavije buduci da samo Srbija placa
funkcionisanje savezne drzave.
Dolazi vrijeme kada ce crnogorska i srbijanske vlada razgovarati o tome
kako da urede odnose dvije nezavisne drzave, buduci da je svima vec
jasno da je jugoslovenski okvir uvijek stavaro krize i propadao -
naglasio je Vukovic.
