In the words of my Dad - "Its worth whatever you can get someone to pay for
it."
           10K and 10 years w/o moving basically means you'll be doing a lot
of catchup maintenance - probably carb cleaning and a tank flush at the
minimum.
           Oh - tires - after that long she needs tires. Battery too -
you're looking at sinking the better part of a grand in it in tires battery
- fork seals should be looked at / replaced.... Yeah you wouldn't want to
pay much for that IMHO.
